We will be welcoming James Beard House Fellow Jahqyad Austin of Jahqyad’s Twist, a NYC-based baking company looking to “unlock the great flavors of your childhood and create new moments and experiences through fun desserts.”  With flavors like Birthday Cake, Strawberry Shortcake and Orange Creamsicle, chef Jahqyad’s cookies are freshly baked and ready to bring you a taste of nostalgia in every bite. 

Chef Jahqyad will be at the Platform kitchen counter window starting at noon to share samples of all his current flavors.
