Zhana and Marco will demonstrate their version of a matrimonio, a classic Spanish dish that showcases both dark anchovies and boquerones – their white, vinegar-marinated counterpart. In addition to eating and drinking a variety of Spanish wines, you’ll gain insights on sourcing, sustainability, and preparation techniques.
