This umami-packed experience will feature a tasting of several anchovy-forward dishes such as gildas, the iconic Spanish pintxo. Zhana and Marco will demonstrate their version of a matrimonio, a classic Spanish dish that showcases both dark anchovies and boquerones – their white, vinegar-marinated counterpart. In addition to eating and drinking a variety of Spanish wines, you’ll gain insights on sourcing, sustainability, and preparation techniques. All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund.
