For this installment of “Restaurants Shaping…” we’re thrilled to feature executive chef Telly Justice and sommelier Camille Lindsley, the team behind the exciting East Village restaurant, HAGS. An industry vet, Justice (Contra, Wildair) certainly knows her way around a tasting menu. At HAGS, her 20-seat, fine-dining restaurant, she creates innovative, ingredient-driven, new American dishes. On any given night, that may mean Hasselback rutabaga, Wagyu with pave of potato, or her menu mainstay, tempeh sourced from a small producer on the New Hampshire-Maine border. Wines are equally thoughtful and carefully curated by Lindsley, formerly of Aldo Sohm Wine Bar and Le Bernardin Privé.

Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
