A New York Institution’s Interpretation of the Classic Italian Holiday Meal
25 11th Ave, New York, NY 10011, USA
Cervo’s, named one of Bon Appétit’s 50 Best Restaurants, is an ode to the seafood of the Iberian Peninsula. Inspired by local and sustainable seafood from the Northeast, the Lower East Side restaurant is known for its approachable take on Portuguese and Spanish food that is beloved by its dedicated fans.
For this dinner, chef/partner Aaron Crowder will prepare a one-night-only menu inspired by the traditional Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes, seen through a Portuguese lens. Chef Aaron’s menu will feature regional seafood in dishes such as orzo with razor clams and shrimp with moscatel vinegar. Accompanying the bounty of seafood will be wine pairings selected by partner and wine director Taylor Ward, all hailing from the coasts of Portugal and Spain.
