In celebration of National Daiquiri Day, Platform is thrilled to host award-winning Ten To One Caribbean Rum for an exclusive rum tasting and hands-on daiquiri class. Alex Smith of LES cocktail lounge and nightclub Outer Heaven and soon-to-open Laissez Faire in FiDi will guide you as you learn both classic and inspired new takes on this essential rum cocktail—no blender required. Light bites will be served.

Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world.
