September 12, 6:30 P.M. Cocktail Class: Negronis with James Park of Guilder’s Gin

September 12, 2024 06:30 PM

Celebrate Negroni Week With A Hands-On Class Featuring Taiwanese Tea-Infused Gins

25 11th Ave, New York, NY 10011, USA

Conceived by tea masters and distilled in the United States, Guilder’s is a small-batch gin made with the highest tournament-grade tea leaves sourced from Taiwan. The three expressions—Canton Dry, Green Tea, and Red Oolong—have won multiple awards for their unique flavor profiles and incredible craftsmanship.
In honor of Negroni Week, co-founder James Park will teach a hands-on class featuring a guided tasting flight of the gins and three different types of Negronis, each with a different premium tea gin. Park will share cocktail techniques such as rice-washing and delve into the practices of hand harvesting and turning tournament-grade tea leaves into alcohol. Traditional Asian tea snacks will accompany the beverages.

General Admission: $75
