From chef Nick Curtola and the team behind the James Beard Award–winning and Michelin-starred restaurant The Four Horsemen, comes the cookbook The Four Horsemen: Food and Wine for Good Times. In addition to more than 100 recipes, the book contains a moving introduction from LCD Soundsystem musician and co-founder James Murphy and essays on natural wine.
Moderated by two-time James Beard Award-winning writer and storyteller Osayi Endolyn, join chef Nick Curtola for an evening of food, wine, and warm conversation. Hear how, almost a decade ago, four unwitting friends with almost no restaurant experience built one of the finest places to eat and drink in New York City.
