Chef Poliafito will guide guests through a hands-on demonstration, sharing his expert techniques for making fresh, authentic pasta from scratch, and the step-by-step secrets behind his incredible pastries. Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to ask their burning questions and hear Chef Poliafito’s inspiration behind his creations.
